Let's Build a Brighter Tomorrow!

The future building blocks of our community is our youth. It is crucial that they have the opportunities to get into careers that they desire and need. That is where we come in. sonder SOLUTIONS’ Youth Services program provides Workforce Development Services to high school students with disabilities. In order for these students to be successful, it is imperative for students to get the training they need before they graduate high school.

In 2017, only 18.7% of individuals with a disability were employed in the United States (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). But like Sarah Franklin (the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Trailhead and Developer Relations at Salesforce) says, “A more inclusive workforce, which has been proven to foster creativity and bolster financial performance.” sonder SOLUTIONS fights to break down barriers to help do exactly that—to create an inclusive workforce for all. We bring together innovative workforce development training to help transition-age high school students with disabilities secure paid work experience. We empower these youth by helping them gain the necessary skills to enter the workforce by removing barriers, providing job readiness & paid work, all while building confidence and independence.
