Today’s Tip - Don’t be too hard on yourself.


It can take a while to get adjusted to a new job. There are so many things to get acquainted with: your coworkers, boss, the layout of the business, the hours and the duties of the job itself.


It’s important to be kind to yourself during this adjustment period, and allow yourself ample time to decompress after your shift. Meditating, journaling, spending time with friends and family or even just participating in an activity that you love can help keep you in the right frame of mind during the adjustment period.
